It's been so funny since the day I got my vehicle call from Patches. I have been telling them that my car sounds. Weird, and it's been driving. Weird. The one guy with the long brown hair even smiled at us. And said that there was nothing wrong with it, I still believe he knew there was something wrong with it. Bought a 12k van and when we got it the fan didn’t work, it overheated before we got home, they painted the rust over and it looked so bad after we washed the van. One of the seats doesn’t even fold, and its been about two months and the fan is worse. We tried to schedule and appointment but they canceled. It’s literally called patches for a reason, cause all they do is patch one thing up and ruin another. We regret getting a vehicle here, 2 out of 5 stars.
Pulled in here unannounced with a loose u bolt the guys here dropped what they were doing and made sure it was tight great group of people
