I cannot say enough fantastic things about this experience. Erika Wells did an incredible job communicating what would be expected, and I seriously had to only fill out one form. Normally paperwork alone makes me want to run! She told me the exact day my contract was up, how much they could save me, and then they handled the rest. Appreciate it so much!
We are new residential customers after having a commitment with another company for years. Already we have seen a difference in our bill (our home is all electric). The fact that we don't have to go around and chase the next "good deal" or worry when our contract is up is savings in itself. Also, giving back is important to us and we are very happy to have this opportunity to Do Good. The Curtis Family is definitely looking forward to a long-term relationship with Electricity EZ.
