We have used EZ Dry Flood Damage for the past 5 years. There was recently an accident where several gallons of fabric dye was spilled upstairs and traveled to a downstairs apartment. Mario and the EZ Dry team immediately remediated and restored both affected units and returned them to their previous condition. We highly recommend EZ Dry who does great work at a very good value.

I highly recommend EZ Dry. I had a toilet leak in my office. Mario and his team were very professional and answered all my questions, thoroughly explaining what was recommended and what they were going to do. They were always timely throughout the whole process. It was reassuring that Mario was able to provide me with a quote and quickly begin the work. He and his team provided a top-quality job.

We had a water accident upstairs that went through the floor /ceiling and ended up on the to the floor downstairs. On consultation, Mario and his team evaluated the extent of the damage and proposed multiple remediation methods. We ended up using forced drying through the light fixture holes from downstairs and through targeted holes upstairs to minimize the damage. We had a water main pipe, which was a hard plastic and not copper, break at the water regulator. Full water main pressure drenched our garage for hours. I called Mario's business Saturday morning. He took immediate action to bring in a plumber who ran a temporary line to get water to the house. They dug a trench and ran a copper pipe with minimal front yard disruption.
