Let me be clear Eric is a stand up business man who did nothing less that save my Summer!!! I had ordered 2 EZ Docks from another installer through FWM docks of New Hampshire in February just to make sure I would have my 2 EZ port 2i’s for this season. I paid a deposit and was guaranteed I would have them in May. Low and behold on delivery week I was told I could not get them for at least another 2 month if not longer. COVID BS excuses . I have had a low profile dock from Eric for a few years. Our lake bottom is mucky so didn't think we could have legs that would work well and decided on the floating dock, added the ramp this year. We wanted something low profile for ease to get in and out of the kayak. The kids all stood on one corner and could not sink it, it is very very stable. Eric is good to work with and we are pleased also with the product
We purchased a floating dock from EZ Dock of Maine 3 years ago after many years of struggling installing a wooden dock mounted on posts. The bottom of the lake in our area is muddy making it difficult to walk without sinking in. Eric was very helpful and professional to work with. We are very pleased with the dock and especially the kayak launch section. It makes getting in and out so easy. We recently purchased a aluminum 15 foot gangway from Eric and expect this will add another improvement to our dock system.
