Extremely unprofessional and disorganized experience from start to finish. When I arrived, the staff failed to communicate coverage details in advance, completely wasting my time and the doctor's. When I politely brought this up at the front desk, the receptionist rudely dismissed the feedback by saying they "stopped asking people because they got upset." The dentist was just as dismissive. Dr.Leonard Patlut is the best on essex county area. The staff is super pleasant and very professional. OMG. I used to be very scared for dental procedures, but when I found this office was a total game changer. They’re making sure you at ease before , Durant and after procedure to check on you.I recommend this office 100%
