I am reporting this agency to the dental board and getting them removed. For 23 years their window claims emergency walk ins. I have the photos. Go in and ask for an emergency walk in. The only criteria for them to deny would be 1, a patient entering causing problems. 2, the location being at capacity. I walked in near opening time visibly viewed 0 scheduled patients. I came in for a cleaning. I said I didn't want the X-rays. Nurse told the doctor and the doctor came in and badgered me about it, asking multiple times why I didn't want the X-rays. My answer was simply, I don't want them. If I have a reason that's my business not theirs. So why ask multiple times? My answer was no I do not want them and it should've ended there. Very nice people...for me I haven't been in a long time from a bad experience elsewhere, I felt very comfortable and informed. Thank you😃 2nd time through 6 teeth pulled, no pain..........best Dentist ever❤️❤️😀😀 7 more teeth today still no pain. Dr Feel-good.
Have been a patient for many years and always thought this was a great dentist.... well now after paying THOUSANDS to have all treatment completed I'm still in pain from what they supposedly fixed. Went to a new dentist and have to get 2 crowns replaced AND 2 root canal after fills that were not done correctly... all less than a year old! So save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
