Maybe a great realtor if she's working for you, but horrible communicator to other agents. I was in a rough spot in my life --- offered above asking with descent amount of cash down. She did confirm that she received said offer. Then---radio silent. 48hrs came and went (length of offer) and she failed to answer a single email or phone call let alone regarding acceptance/declination of said contract.
