Very disappointed with the office staff, Called and explained the scenario of what cleaning I wanted done. I made sure to explain it twice to make sure they could do the service. The two girls they sent came with tools to clean the surface of our tub. Nothing to clean the lines like I had requested twice, prior to them coming out the office also called and asked me to purchase the chemicals even though my invoice still shows "shop supplies".
