My husband bought a used mower in good condition. Happy with it, when we had a problem with it several months later, EZ Breezee fixed it free if charge! Thankful for that!
Mess outside
Payed 1k for lawnmower. Didn't start from the get go. Brought it back. Had it 3 months. Still had the same problem after. Ended up having my family member fix it. Told me whoever worked on it didnt know what he was doing.
Just picked up my snowblower after being at EZBreezee for about 2 years. Yah-two years! I brought in in for a broken axle. Each time I checked on the progress it was the same story: Wrong axle from the supplier. Even asked for my phone number and asked for me to call back in two weeks .When I finally went to pick it up the inspection plate was off and the bolts for it and the axle were missing.
