The sales lady come out talks about all the products see how you want everything. The other person comes out to install it takes a few days they send out only one guy for this project I have a shower closed off to add a shower tub combo. Now they told me the guy would close off the water he did but left a big ass hole in my floor didnt cover it or nothing they said he would. It's been about a year since we had EZ Bathe remove a jacuzzi tup and a shower. Then custom design a one of a kind shower and a custom walk in tub. Every day we are excited to have them both. They were fabulous. They adapted everything to fit both size restrictions and size abundance.

Do not use this company. They will not complete your job in 1 day . Mine took 2 and could have been 3 but I had some of their work already done when they got here. All the demo I hired someone else. The manager will not return a call, go to rebath , they have great customer service
Do not use this company , they don’t do a shower in one day , mine took 2 and I had already done work they were suppose to do. I did all the demo, because my shower came in wrong. After numerous attempts the manager will not call you back. Customer service is terrible and the installers are not employees they are contract labor personnel … go to rebath , I used them and had no issues
Awesome service and quality bathroom. This is a company that still values integrity.

Work not yet comleted
My husband and I are currently having both bathrooms remodeled in our home his bathroom was completed successfully and looks great in 2 days! My bathroom is not completed and I was told they were coming out today by the supervisor, and I called them and they said no one could come out to repair the drain till next week! Then the sales consultant misinformed my husband and I that my shower door would be here at the installation of the shower but now I am told it has to be ordered! Which could be weeks!
