Terrible experience with one of their staff extremely rude and aggressive right off the bat said they couldn’t help us when trying to ask why they gave little to no explanation told us we were the ones being rude and that’s why she’s being rude which is just untrue and unprofessional. Left after that won’t be returning.
It was a Saturday I got there about 4:00 p.m. they close at 5:00 p.m. they were busy I didn't get out of there till 4:30 the only reason why I'm giving them a four-star is because they were open until 5:00 p.m. the place I usually go to is on East pioneer in Puyallup because they're closer to me but they close at noon on Saturday. So I googled who was open near Puyallup and you guys popped up. So I called the lady said yes we're open until 5:00 I said I'm on my way. My tabs had expired by one day I forgot to get them.
E Z Auto License and Title made the entire process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly, easygoing, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.
