This place closes at 5:30pm and if you are in the door before that they do everything they can to provide service to all the customers even after they close the doors. Great service and great help.

If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would, the lady was very rude and homophobic, I wears wearing a pride shirt that she continued to check me out in and look disgusted by multiple times in our interaction and then made up unnecessary issues for transferring my title. She made me feel dumb about questions with my title and kept asking if it was my signature even though she had my ID in front of her. Went in on 5/17/25 for a title change. Immediately the gentleman with the mask on says he can’t do it because the milage disclosure was not done. As soon as I tried to explain, that due to the age of the vehicle, that disclosure did not apply.(Says so, right on the title. Not applicable if over 10yrs old) However, his immediate response was, “It doesn’t matter, I’m not doing it”. Consequently I went straight to Eatonville and explained what had happened. I went in today to transfer a sun bleached, fragile title into my name. Anna was very helpful, patient and pleasant. It took awhile but she was able to sort out the paperwork and I left with proof of ownership. Thanks Anna!
