First of all I will start with the friendly and professional service. I am from California, and just moved here in Seattle and have to swap my California plates to Washington. I would say, 10 min., and transaction was done, got my new plates instantly. The person who attended me not only made sure everything was in order, she did it in a very professional way with a good gratitude. Moving forward, best service I got!
