Firstly, I knew we weren't going to be able to afford a car that was like new. We did purchase this vehicle, and very quickly found that it leaked gasoline whenever the tank was more than half full. We had it checked out by our mechanic, and he found that the gas tank had a leak. We contacted Tom at EZ Auto sales, and he had us bring the car to him, so we did. He had his shop replace the tank quickly, and all seems good . The car runs, and handles very nicely!

Knowledgeable, patient; the salesman took his time and explained my options and answered questions. Being an inexperienced buyer he helped me through the process and he didn't push for decisions and allowed me time to make the decisions best for my situation.

Several emails and provided phone number
Tom started out with great communication, but then suddenly it stopped. Was trying to see if he was able to meet or get close to a local dealer trade in appraisal and then never heard back from him. Had a 2 hour drive so I called twice Saturday and no answer. Decided to look elsewhere. Positive note he does seem very polite and couteous and given the few mishaps I would have made a deal with him. I wouldn't let my review sway you from working with him.

it is kind of tough to respond to unique review. Customer desired to trade down from their 2016 to a 2009 i had. Which is a rare occurance in the used car market. He did share a local offer another dealer had made to them, which looked great for them in my opinion. All things considered, i did suggest they sell their SUV outright. I did fail to follow up on one of the e-mails.and i am sorry i missed his calls, Out of respect, I do not answer my phone when i am with a customer in my office.
