This place is a joke!! Saw a car that I was interested in online, inquired about it on website, requested a quote and NOTHING!! Only communication back was from AI, that a member of sales team would get back to me. I call the place, identify myself, and get put on hold for so long I had to hang up. They never call back, so I request a quote online AGAIN, let them know I am serious, will drive down next day (90 min away), cash in hand to buy, and NOTHING!! What's the problem? I drove all the way here from Richmond in order to buy a 2011 Ford Ranger. I scheduled a test drive for for the day that I was going to visit. I confirmed with the business through text that the car would still be available even though I saw that the listing went down online. Through text, they confirmed that it was still available in the morning, before I drove up to see it. Do not buy from here , I bought my car in march 2025 a just now receiving real plates in June 2025 after being lied to repeatedly saying they were coming “next week“ . And still did not do a repair that they promised they were going to do
