My wife with cancer purchased a 2005 avalanche there and got three bills of sale. Gone to dmv over 6 times and have never been able to get a title in my name as it is still in the previous owners name who did NOT pay the taxes on it! So, I’m out over $8k. Mr Jones claims to be a Christian and in the board of DMV! What a joke!!!!!
If I could give 13 stars I would! This dealership goes above and beyond. They clearly understand customer relations and how valuable the “word of mouth” can be. They have continued to assist me after purchasing an amazing used pickup truck. Their knowledge and compassion is impeccable. I will be forever indebted and a customer for life! My sister and I purchased an amazing used SUV from this dealership yesterday; and the experience was not only enjoyable but informative as well! Mr Jones (the owner) and Ali were pleasant, efficient and welcoming. If you happen to be looking for a dealership look no further.
