This place is horrible not to mention unprofessional and very lazy…the woman (HELEN) thats in charge is NEVER THERE AND WHEN SHE IS, SHES VERY RUDE..i have two cars with them and i have a 100% payment history in my last two years with them..recently the rain caused me to get stuck in mud and my Chrysler ended up havin to get pulled out of it, but to wit my radiator and my spark plugs went bad..so i make a claim to get it fixed because i have the CPI insurance with them n here it is a month and counting later and my car stil... read more

The sales reps are great! Especially Stephanie shes always assisted me in a professional manner! The finance department on the other hand is very rude, confrontational, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Elvida has hung up on me multiple times! I’ve had to file multiple complaints against her, and anyone that I’ve referred has ALL had the same problem with her! She lies about being a manager so you can’t go over head! She is the main reason why I don’t want my car anymore! She makes it hard and uncomfortable to talk to! And with her t... read more
