We had new ************ installed by this company after talking with four different companies and reviewing 4 different brands of hvac. We also looked up reviews of several companies and brands prior to making decision. We are happy with the product and the installation, communication with the company, the financing terms, etc. We WOULD recommend them and are very satisfied.

Great Service from start to finish! Responsive, thorough, and complete. From assessment to bid, from fulfillment to support: all is done with attention to detail and for customer satisfaction. The company seems to set a high bar standards for themselves and takes pains to return value. unit installed on 02/11/21. We are very happy with our new A/C unit. Everyone from the owner, office manage to the install team, were great to work with, very professional & hard working group of people. Install day was very cold & very rainy. The install team worked hard ALL Day to get the unit installed. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. And that they did that day. The owner, Mr. Zapata, came by after the install. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness EZ Air Conditioning and Heating has worked for me for the past 9 years. I continue to use them because they have been so competent, dependable and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my system needs. Just got a new ac system from ez air and it could not be more Easier Enrique came out gave me a quote and had his crew here the next morning they were very nice and helpful they were very professional and had me going within hours he also was able to help me with the Financing and also my Cps rebate so I highly recommend EZ air and heating

To start off, I'd like to give a huge thanks to Jonathan and Enrique. 5 STAR customer service. I've had a bad experience with my home warranty sending incompetent technicians to my home to check the A/C. I've pretty much been scammed out of $225 total from paying the deductibles to the technicians who came to check my A/C three times in the past few months. EZ Air entered our situation after our insurance claim being in idle for 2 months and quickly saw the situation for what it was: 4 kids, No AC plus mid Texas summer...ALL BAD. Our homeowners insurance company was working slowly & they were trying to have us fix a lightning struck unit, not replace.
