First off we had the wrong dates and when we came in we realized it was the wrong dates so we told a very rude employee at the front desk that we will cancel and find another hotel since we were in town at that moment and had accidentally booked a week out.. after a week we noticed they still charged us for the room so I called the motel and the lady was very rude again and had an attitude for no reason whatsoever maybe she just doesn’t like her job or is an unhappy person in general so I asked to speak to the manager and sh... read more
We are traveling a lot for bussines and we “were”regular customers at this hotel, one of our cars was stolen with our documents inside. We explained our situation to the Manager in Charge ( Ken ) since we stayed there the past week and the some of the staff know us. Discrimination at its finest! I honestly think we got kicked out of our hotel because of the color of our skin....From the moment we checked into this hotel we felt like we were being watched by security, so as I pulled my car around to where the room was the security guard walks by as we were putting our bags in the room and starts questioning me about the amount of people I had with me which was only a total of 5 of us.
