I was sent there by my insurance “Caresource My Care Ohio”, the staff walked back and forth past me as if I was invisible, finally Dimitry asked if I had been helped, he knew full well that I had not. After these glasses are made and I receive them, eyezone wont have to be concerned with getting any more business from me!

Leslie, is the most helpful sales person when it comes to new glasses. She has done a wonderful job, and has even gone above and beyond! Eyezone didn't have my glasses in stock, so she special ordered them for me. Shop local, shop at Eyezone and definitely let Leslie and her family take care of you.

Terrible staff. Horrible attitude, makes you feel like the most unimportant and unwanted intrusion. Rude in answering questions. Need a lesson in customer service. Taking our business elsewhere and also leaving complaints with insurance carriers.
