I was so happy with the care and service I received at EYEXAM Optometry in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach. Dr. Bacani is amazing—caring, professional, and truly exceptional. Her expertise is unmatched. Tiffany was also wonderful from the moment I walked through the door. She helped me after my exam and patiently answered all of my questions. I wear both contacts and glasses, and I feel very grateful to have received such amazing care and service. Highly recommend!
We are super pleased with the care and service at the Optometrist in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach. Both Tiffany and Dr Bacani were extremely warm, kind and helpful with mine and my daughter’s eye assessment and contact lense training for my daughter. We have had such a wonderful experience at EyeExam. My daughter and I have both become patients over the past six months. My daughter is 11, and through EyeExam we learned about different myopia control options and were able to find the right approach for her. She initially wore CRT lenses overnight, and as our lifestyle and needs changed, the team helped us transition her into soft contact lenses.
