Great doctor, very knowledgeable and the walk in service was fast on both visits. Also, Cassie at the front desk was very sweet and helpful! Highly recommend .
Dr Choi is hands down the best! Front desk staff were quick and friendly, explained everything well. Entire process was smooth and efficient!
Unbelievably bad service. Prescription was totally off when conveyed to Lens.com. When I called to get that fixed, the receptionist told me that since it had been 30 days they would have to charge me again for another exam. It took 28 days to get my lenses due to covid, etc.. So, I would have to pay twice for getting a wrongly called in prescription fixed??? If you go here for your eye exam expect them to mess up your prescription and try to charge you again. I will let everyone I know hear about this!
Agree with all the posters who gave 5 stars. The doctor did a fantastic job of correcting my old prescriptions that I had from another place - for both contact lenses and glasses!!! I found out that I had INACCURATE prescriptions for more than 18 years - overcorrection - when I actually didn't need such strong prescriptions!!! I'd highly recommend visiting this doctor if you have dizziness, glare issues, and/or use the computer extensively. Wonderful doctor. Sending everyone I know to this place.
My wife scheduled an appointment for an eye exam and was told the cost was $80 if we pay cash. After the visit, the bill was $140. We were told the additional $60 was to write a prescription for contacts... She has been wearing the same prescription for 15 years...a ripoff combined with piss poor customer service.
