Customer service for eye exam is HORRIBLE! Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. We chkd in for our appt and the receptionist did not chk us in until 16mins after which at that point the Optometrist came out and told him he was late and she wasn't going to be able to see him, that he needed to reschedule. I stopped by LensCrafters to get my eyeglasses fixed, and Jennifer was excellent. She took care of the issue I was having with my shades for a while now quickly and professionally. She explained what she was doing, made sure the fit was perfect, and even cleaned my glasses before handing them back to me even though I did not originally purchase them from here.It was a very smooth and pleasant experience and she went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.
