I came to the store to get sunglasses fixed and Kenneth helped me with my sunglasses and he fixed it. He is so helpful and kind and I am so happy with his professionalism.
I am so grateful to have purchased the insurance for my glasses! I have had to exchange them twice for a small fee and the process is so quick and easy! The clerks were great! Had I not bought the insurance I would have been out a pair of glasses, twice!
Jennifer was very helpful and made it very easy to make my purchase for my prescription lenses. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made the purchase process smooth. I will definitely be returning to this Lens Crafters location for all my future eyeglass purchases :)
Dusty helped my family and I out and I have to say it was the best Lens Crafters experience in a long time. Will be returning to this location hoping she helps us out again. Doctor was extremely informative and friendly as well, thank you Dr Maria Uy and Dusty!!
To Mandy ( hope I spelled right ). Came in just for an exam, and got sold to purchase two pairs of eye glasses, all with the excellent service from this individual. Not only were his suggestions excellent, but he was very patient and even stayed an hour over his clock out time to make sure I came out with the glasses I'd be happy with. Pablo had to take over for him who was also excellent; I'm just pointing out Mandy did all of the processing up to point of purchase! Give Mandy a raise! Thanks Lens Crafters(:
