I drove 40 minutes to get to my appointment w Dr Paek, only to find out she ditched me to go to lunch (at 3:25). The customer service is lacking to say the least. Don’t give these ppl your time — they don’t respect it
Dr. Park is great. She is informative, amiable and efficient.
Dr. Paek was very helpful with my questions about eye dryness and I left my exam looking forward to getting my new lenses. My only concern was with the pre exam as it seemed like some of the instruments had not been properly cleaned as the lenses were blurry and I had to ask the associate to clean the lenses.

professional and kind staff. Dr. Park was caring, compassionate and competent. I scrubbed on post retinal surgery at John Muir and worked in the OR for 33 yrs., that's why I know the difference in quality eye care.
