First time at a LensCrafters this location was great. Very efficient with the entire exam. Eye exams always stress me out and make me nervous but I was very much at ease here. Jenn the manager, helped me choose some frames that fit my face. She was very personable, honest and gave me her undivided attention. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses. I will be a returning customer and plan on having my family go there as well. Thanks Montebello LensCrafters team
I was late for ten minutes and I had to reschedule for the next day. The following day I had to wait for 30 minutes to see the optometrist. They have poor services to the costumer
