I found the eye team to be very personable and the exam very thorough.
We waited 40 minutes before they checked the insurance and found out that there was an issues however they were able to figure it out within 5 minutes how I wish they do that earlier instead of waiting that long I dont mind verifying my insurance but should be informed us once we check in, I understand you guys are all busy and I gave more time to wait We were there 10 minutes earlier in our appointment so disappointed
Worst eye exam experience ever. Paid for glasses/contact exam, waited an hour, was NOT fitted for contacts due to low staffing. I would not recommend anyone go here maybe another location or save yourself and go to Costco.
