Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had here. The woman at the front desk was completely clueless — she couldn’t even find us in the system, despite the fact that we’ve been coming to this location for over ten years. She also claimed she couldn’t find our insurance, which is ridiculous. On top of that, she had the nerve to lecture me about how to manage my time. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line.
