There needs to be more transparency and accountability by the workers here. There’s no reason for there to be a “misunderstanding” within 4 different people (three being their own employees)Upon receiving a call to confirm insurance we were told about $10 copay and a $39 fee for a basic exam. I confirmed this price 4 different times before proceeding with anything. Ive been coming here in this LensCrafter Clinic for at least 5 years. My usual visit is always GOOD! Today, I had another GOOD experience at LensCrafter. The clinic staff and the eyeglasses staff are all wonderful. Thank you Ana & Ella for the assistance on picking my glasses. Till then!
The eye exam was easy. The doctor was FANTASTIC, very thorough and friendly
I appreciate the eye exam with the extra effort of the doctor for my light sensitive eyes. I wish there was a filter for this problem in the machines used for the exam. However, my real problem was being told there were no lab techs after I chose my frames and went through the payment process. I was then told I would have to wait 3 days for them to be shipped to my out of state address. I really came in for a same day service.
