Made an appointment for noon at 5 PM. I showed up at 4:45 said doctor was running just a little behind. I was seen at 6:15. No communication know anything to which then I was told …not sure if they let you know, but there will be an additional fee today as I’m in the exam chair. The people there were nice enough, but the level of service was completely lacking. How does the doctor tell patient while they’re in the exam chair that you will have to pay an additional fee of $100? Which I said no, I was not told that when I call... read more
Dr Trinh is very attentive and professional. The staff is extremely efficient and kind. I would highly recommend this location for eye glasses and eye exam needs.
