Flexible with patients' schedules, very efficient, and very effective at noting underlying serious conditions.
Dr. Trinh did an excellent job with my eye exam! She was friendly, patient, and thorough. She took the time to address all my concerns and I never felt rushed during the appointment. It’s hard to find a caring doctor nowadays, so I’ll definitely be going back to Dr. Trinh for my future exams!
My appointment was at 12:20pm on a Monday and the place was busy. I was immediately greeted by the staff, checked in, and given the option to wait in the waiting room or browse their selection of glasses. There was a bit of a wait, but it is a doctor’s office after all. The technician, Jay, brought me into the testing room and was kind and clear with his instructions.
