First time visit. Danny had a good, down to earth approach. Explained what I would need for my eyesight and efficiently got the prescription done. Easy peasy.
If you schedule with Dr. Mathew you will be pleasantly surprised. A doctor who actually listens to your concerns. He will also give you a course of action and you decide on the best way to solve the problem you may have. You will not be disappointed.
I used to dread eye exams and put them off (not ideal since I have such awesome eyesight <s>), but since finding Eyeworks Hulen, it’s easy and stress-free to be an advocate for my eye health. Dr Danny is THE best, friendly, and explains everything in practical ways. My eyesight is in the best hands. Thanks Eyeworks team!
Everyone is always so welcoming. Eye exams are always very thorough, and everything is explained in detail.
The initial exam was wonderful. Dr, assistant and staff was helpful. It’s the pick up process that was terrible. Was told it would take 2 weeks to come in. They don’t return calls after several messages left. The frame center line would ring constantly and no one would answer. When they finally called me back they said they would be in the next day and still nothing. After 4 weeks later still no glasses.
