I walked in panicking about the situation. We were dealing with my son‘s eye injury. Walking in I was met with a very friendly receptionist who was very well at communicating the process of check-in as a walk-in also insurance information. All that information was she was very thorough. The staff was great doctor was Amazing very attentive, very detailed in explaining the procedure and the aftercare my nerves were definitely put at ease and so was my son. I have been going to this facility for a very long time as I have Glaucoma and of course I checks per year. Their state of the art everyone is very kind and accommodating Especially Dr. Danny Matthews, who explains everything thoroughly! I’m a nurse so I like the best!!! They also surprise me this morning with the new machine For Glaucoma testing which I’m extremely fond of over and above the other, which was also state of the art… Thank you for serving us on the south end of Fort Worth!
