99 degrees outside. One patient in the way back office with the dr and the rude receptionist would not allow me into the store front to try my glasses on even tho there were no other clients in the entire place. I had asked when I received the call that my eye glasses were ready if I needed an appointment to pick up. I was told no, anytime is fine.
