EyeWest Vision was amazing at getting me in last minute! They provided great care and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend and will return again.

Endless waiting (90 minutes to 2 hours) despite appointments. This happened multiple times, with 2 of their doctors. So, it appears that, as a matter of maximizing busines, they don't value a patient's time.
was possible to give less than one star, I would. From the lackadaisical, dismissive attitude at the front desk to the doctor scoffing at my concerns, I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unheard—and I later found out through a second opinion that the surgery they recommended wasn't even necessary. If you go here and have a good experience, wonderful for you, but if your gut tells you these people aren’t listening, get another opinion.
