My experience at this clinic was deeply disappointing on every level. The organization is chaotic, management is unresponsive, and the staff seems defeated. The environment is stressful for patients. Most concerning, however, are irregularities with billing. I have clear documentation that a test I received was billed on a date different from when it was actually performed. I fully support mask policies for people working in close proximity with others who don’t want to catch respiratory illnesses and miss work and contribute to long wait times. This office booked me in within a few weeks of my referral. I was impressed with how efficiently the tests are done - patients are sent to a room for a test, once it’s done they’re walked to the next room and immediately do the next test.
