Got told replacing the hinges/screws on my frame would be more expensive than replacing the frames themselves. The repair is going to be over $300? For 2 screws? Absolutely ridiculous. Go here if you want to give away money to scam artists. Also, ABBA Eyecare recommended me to this place. Straight up, go to a chain like Visionworks or Lenscrafters.
I had snapped one of the arms off of my glasses. I went to Chapel Hills Vision Clinic to see if they could repair my frames. The answer was no but I was given a business card for Eyeware Repair of Colorado. I presented my glasses to the man who came to the front desk. He explained to me what he had to do to restore my glasses. Then he told me the cost would be $39.00. I was shocked and amazed at such a low cost.
