Nobody beats Bruce. He's the absolute best. Fantastic customer service everytime
We have been customers before and expected professional service. Unfortunately, when my wife received her two pairs of glasses, she was unable to use them. After consulting with our optometrist, we were told the lenses were not properly aligned. When we returned to the store to explain the issue, instead of receiving support, we were met with a dismissive attitude. This was very disappointing.
