had not been in the store for more than a yr. decided to give it another try--bad mgmt./treatment.. good selection of glasses & the store is under different management and it shows. friendly staff. going back for my glasses today.
Dr. Shah's employee who answers the phone said that Eyewear Express took Medicaid which of course they don't. The Eyewear Express Lady was just mean, nasty and ugly. Screw this place.
Would not return to this place again. Totally false advsertising. My glasses were no where near their "2 for 79.00" pricing. I paid $275 for one pair and they are not right. I still cannot see!
Doctor kept wondering out on retail floor, talking badly about staff. Is this all one business? Strange behavior. Felt uncomfortable. Left without purchasing.
