The way my niece was treated in your store today is reprehensible. So nice to know you don’t care about kids on Medicaid on the eyewear side of things. Optometrist was amazing. But your staff to help pick out frames and work with her? Utterly incompetent garbage. How dare you dilate her eyes, force her to have the crappiest selection of frames possible when she can’t even see them and then start tossing out $400-$500 pairs when her guardian says she’ll pay for better ones!!! Absolutely love them!!!! The staff was amazing with my three year old daughter. Made it very fun and easy for her through out the whole exam and glasses process!
