Horrible products and services . My husband and I bought two pairs of glasses . Was told two weeks I have to keep calling them and one time they said they were not sure why they hadn’t received the glasses , then after multiple calls they said there was a delay. After a month of waiting , we got the glasses on the mail. One pair broken upon arrival . When I went to the store they charged me $30 for shipping charge to the supplier . Wow. Just wow. Speechless. I have never experienced such a horrific treatment byany doctor in my whole life. The male OD doctor ( David Tai) here is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL . Please note this review is not for any front of the house staff because they are all very friendly and welcoming plus the exterior and interior of the store look nice as well. 眼镜的质量完全没问题，甚至可以帮忙把眼镜侧边削薄。 但是里面的员工问题很大！非常大！ 我定了两幅眼镜，他们第一次短信通知我可以取的时候只有一副眼镜好了，另一幅说要一个星期，一个星期之后我打电话过去他们说还没好，要一个星期，让我等他们的通知，然后再过了一个星期我打电话过去收到的还是同样的回复。 在距离我配眼镜过了3周后，我再次打电话过去，第一次接电话的小姐说马上帮我查了给我回电，结果一个小时后我再次打电话过去得到的回复是刚刚忘记了，然后等他查了之后说我的眼镜已经到了。 总的来说这家店的员工管理和沟通方面都非常差劲，而且我看这家店的差评里很多都是并没有及时通知，都是客人过了很久打电话过去询问才发现眼镜已经到了。
