Firstly I had an appointment showed up and said it was canceled which made no sense because I booked it online a week in advance and had a confirmation text so they said they had another appointment so I went and waited it out but it took about an extra hour to be seen. I also felt like the front desk people were had a bit of an attitude and a little off putting but decided I need these so I looked aside that. This location is not very accessible. There’s only one handicap parking spot, and when we arrived, someone without handicap tags was parked in it. The nearest ramp is placed far from the entrance, making it very inconvenient. Once inside, the front desk staff member with multiple ear piercings sat staring at her screen without acknowledging us—we stood there for nearly five minutes without a word.
