I had a great experience at the EyeTX location next to H-E-B. The virtual system they used to determine my prescription was quick and surprisingly accurate. The staff explained the process clearly and made the whole exam easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them if you need an eye exam.

Hubby & I both (in our 60's) both returned after first prescription had us both saying "I can't see". Following second exams & prescriptions - and still unable to see - I turned to an eye specialist who informed me I had "pretty advanced" cataracts. We then had my husband examined to learn the same. We've both had cataract surgeries and now can see. Good grief. I generally go to the Walzem location and have never had a bad experience. Figured since we live in Castroville, we’d use the more convenient location on Potranco. Big mistake. Trying to get Renee, the front desk lady, to follow through with anything has been such a challenge. I’ve called 5 times… spoken to her 3 of them, and left 2 voicemails the other… still, crickets. She is incredibly technically challenged… NEVER AGAIN.
