Very thorough and attentive to my needs.
I've been getting my glasses here for years. I got the progressive lenses last year and I can't even wear them anymore because a film formed on them. They won't do anything about it because the warranty expired. All of my other glasses, luckily I kept my old ones, never had this issue. Go elsewhere for glasses and service. The front staff should also be professional and not call a client "sweetie".
They were all friendly and it felt inviting walking in there. Nikki made me feel comfortable since this was my first time getting my eyes examined.
