I truly wish I could give a 5-star review. The provider who performed my exam was amazing, but unfortunately, it’s been nearly 5 weeks, and I still haven’t received my glasses. I was promised a one-week turnaround, which initially seemed amazing. However, after following up weekly, I learned today that the order was just sent to the lab—five weeks later. Now, I have to wait even longer. Honestly, I regret not going somewhere else for my first pair of glasses. This has not been a great experience 😔

I don’t know if the service is good. I couldn’t even get waited on. They seemed under staffed. I had to eventually leave.
Eyetech Optometry is one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time! They are the most pleasant folks to deal with and fixed my old, but dear to me, sunglasses. I highly recommend them, and my family has been patients there for over 8 years. Cannot say enough good things about them!
I have had the pleasure of meeting the staff ar the Gainesville and Fairfax offices. The service is wonderful and the staff amazing. Dr. Bermel and Dr. Carlos are very knowledgeable and will take great care of your eyes. If you have dry eyes, this is who you need to see. Both of the Dr.s have dry eye disease, so they really understand what you may be going through. Thanks to Dr. Bermel and his staff for helping me. Make an appointment today!!!!!!!
