Wayne Jones and his team have spent countless hours to try and make the most difficult part of our lives easier with his support. Although all computers have problems, ours had a handful more than most and Wayne was there every step. Every single step. He was very knowledgeable and never got frustrated with our countless obstacles. Truly a blessing and we would not at all had any chance of communication if he wasn't there for hours a day for us.
