My 2 kids have been coming to Eyestong Pediatric for a long time now with multiple visits each. Every time we’re greeted with a lovely smile from the same tech who remembers them and asks them questions that are thorough but age appropriate for a 6 year old and a 12 year old. She is able to keep them engaged with the tests but make it out as a game for them. My kids are always so excited to give her high fives at the end! Everyone I worked with, either on my own or with my four-year old son, was great. A great team.
The staff here are all super friendly and have been very welcoming and attentive to my daughter's. They take the time to answer my questions and concerns and will explain things to me so I can better understand. The doctor also showed me what she sees in my daughter's eyes so I can better understand what she is talking about and it helped me to understand better as well.
