Dr. Mary and Al are the best! They are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Mary and Al are very understanding and accommodating to make every customer happy with their purchase. No refunds spent 500 plus tax on glasses and it keeps shining into my eyes, rude owner
I’ve been coming to them for about 2 years now and am very happy with Dr Mary’s attention and care. The overall customer service and atmosphere is really great, as everyone is so friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied w/ your order. Al will find a way to give you the best feedback on frames and deals!

Had bad exprience few years back in this store , I was around the area and had a screw on my spec got loose and lost it , so went in if they could help , the woman who attended me was nice and respectful, she tried helping me and started to look in the drawers if any screw that can fit , but the a guys came out of the inner room , guessing he is the eye specialist not sure , started acting rudely , said that the screw will cost $10 but they couldnt find the screw , went few block down to 69st and found a glass shop they help... read more
