The front desk is super capable and offered multiple options to maximize what I could receive through insurance and out of pocket while maintaining transparent about pros/cons versus price. Registration and scheduling was quick. The doctor was super nice, helpful, efficient, and answered all my questions. I was lucky to find this spot and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an optometrist.
I wish to emphasize the importance of maintaining respectful and appropriate conduct with young clients, which I believe reflects the standard of care expected in professional practice in the United States. PS in America, we are kind to kids and spread love to them rather than angry and yelling.
