I had a 1:15 appointment with Dr Beck. Arrived 10 minutes before. Approximately 10 minutes after the appointment time, the gentleman sitting next to me asked the receptionist how much longer until HIS 1:15 appointment with Dr Beck. They had booked two complete strangers for the same time with the same doctor. Between that and the approximate 90 minute wait time, I canceled my appointment and left. I will not be rescheduling.

After being a patient for several years, I won't be going back. They no longer seem to have any concern for their patients. I will be going elsewhere.
happy customer for 8+ years until recently. Complete mess lately. appointments cancelled 2 hours prior to the appointment, after getting confirmation call the night before. There must not be good money in getting a kid into contacts because they could not of tried less to make it happen.

Drove my sister all the way to Portsmouth today (60 minutes each way) an appointment that was booked in person 7 weeks ago (for injections that must be done every 6-7 weeks!) only to be told that her appointment had been cancelled but they forgot to call to let us know! (She was one of numerous patients being told the same thing!!!!) When we made a new appointment the scheduler actually had the audacity to ask if we needed TWO appointment cards so we wouldn't forget the next appointment!! Got hit in the eye with a rock had Dr.Theroux and Dr.Rajinikanth they are awesome! My eye sight actually improved after my injury from 20/30 and is 20/20 now and Their assistant Lindsay was great too and super cute
Best care and workers. Dr Desai did surgery a week ago in Boston and went to see her on Tuesday for check up for my husband. Shes the best..
