Get ready to wait the entire day. Cancel all of your plans just for your eyes to get poked and prodded at. They are going to smile and wave at you as they walk back and forth passing you but not say a word to you, or take you back to be checked. To see the doctor you will need to set aside 3-5 business days to be seen, as you hear the staff speak about their plans for that weekend.
The front desk clerk was extremely rude when my son had an appointment, failing to add his secondary insurance to the account and providing an incorrect billing department phone number, forcing me to contact a different location to obtain the correct contact information.
They are slow. You will be in here forever. This appointment literally took half a day. That is crazy. I am definitely finding a new medical Eye doctor. If it is taking this long to do an eye exam there is no reason you should be scheduling patients on top of patients. Make it make since.

I really wanted this to be 5 stars, but it just didn’t happen that way. The doctors are great; the staff has no idea what’s going on. When I came in I was taken directly to the back where I had a field vision test, great! Then I waited and waited watched people come in after me and go to the back. Finally, I asked what was going on and they said I was next. I then watched someone move my chart to the bottom again and THE CUSTOMER said no, take him next, he’s been waiting.
