When I arrived i paid my $30 co-pay as I usually do at any doctor but I was charged and extra $50 medical fee. $80 to have my eyes checked for glasses after cataract surgery at their Corder Road location. I asked why the extra? They had a lady come to my room while seeing the doctor and really never explained anything other than I could go elsewhere. Nice, right? Very rude front desk clerk at 9AM 10 OCT 25. Put me on hold multiple times without warning during the scheduling and had a bad attitude.
My routine appointment was for 8:35. As of 9:55, I still had not seen the doctor. (I could hear him in the room next door having a nice long chat with two people). As I needed to leave for another appointment, I walked out. I declined his staff's offer to reschedule, as I had already wasted a $50 co-pay and my time on someone who might have eventually spent 30 seconds with me, as he usually does.
