What they don’t clearly tell you upfront is that they bill your medical insurance instead of your vision insurance for routine eye exams. Because of that, the visit was applied toward my medical deductible instead of being covered under my vision benefits. Had I known this beforehand, I never would have scheduled an appointment here. Get ready to wait the entire day. Cancel all of your plans just for your eyes to get poked and prodded at. They are going to smile and wave at you as they walk back and forth passing you but not say a word to you, or take you back to be checked. To see the doctor you will need to set aside 3-5 business days to be seen, as you hear the staff speak about their plans for that weekend.

The front desk clerk was extremely rude when my son had an appointment, failing to add his secondary insurance to the account and providing an incorrect billing department phone number, forcing me to contact a different location to obtain the correct contact information.
