I had an appointment yesterday morning with Dr Beckett. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from the minute I stepped in the door.! I had an early morning appointment and there were quite a few people ahead of me when I got there but the front desk staff took care of each of us quickly and efficiently while still remaining friendly(something many find hard to do...) Don’t trust them. Insist on expensive and unnecessary surgery. I had an appointment to see about blepharoplasty that I needed to reschedule. After speaking to 3 women, none could reschedule my appointment. First insisted that I have an eye exam done there even though I explained I would be going to my optometrist to have an eye exam. She put me on hold. Second stated I would need a referral. I explained that my insurance doesn’t require a referral and I didn’t need a referral for the appointment that I was rescheduling? I had a terrible experience with a doctor misdiagonsing me in 2016. I did NOT have all of the things he stated were wrong with my eyes and this was verified by 2 other opthamalogist's (Atlanta and Macon). This is the real kicker though, today (May 23, 2020) I received a bill in the mail from an April 2016 appointment for $3.17. I paid my bill in full 4 years ago and have the canceled checks to prove it so today's four year old $3.17 bill is beyond ridiculous. Really Eyesight Associates . . . ?

Speaking with a Rude Old Woman In Answering Service! She reminded me of a mean old Catholic Nun from my past.😲🤐 I was bombarded with none essential questions. After she stated (in a matter of fact attitude!) that if my husband hadn't been seen by their doctors n 6 years or more they would not see him until Monday. I said Seriously? This is an Emergency & I'm not exactly sure of when they last saw him. Well, she barked "I'll let you speak to the Supervisor.....I was placed on hold until I finally just hung up!

I am not pleased with the way Oma treated my husband. She was not only rude but she called him a liar (because he told her to use HIS SSN instead of mine). After a few more LOUD insults to him, she then SLAMMED the window closed. This was done with an audience in the waiting room. To the doctors here, you have lost 2 Veteran patients because of the utter rudeness and lack of self control exercised by Oma. This should not be tolerated. I used to highly recommend this establishment but this was a disgusting display of intolera... read more

My Husband and I wants to thank Nora. Tracy, Brittney, Lisa and everyone else in the surgery center. On the two dates that he had cataract surgery on his eyes this month. Also a special thank you to Doctor Johnson for restoring his vision to 20/20. Everyone there treated us great and we highly recommend them to anyone needing eye care. Again, a very special THANK YOU to Doctor Johnson and staff. we could have not been treated better.
