While seeking a Maui Jim authorized dealer, I discovered Eyesight Optical in E. Longmeadow. Their selection of frames is extensive and impressive! I went in to pick Maui Jim’s (and they have a huge selection to pick from) but left with two pairs of Ray Bans; one prescription glasses with anti-glare and the other prescription, polarized sunglasses for under $500. billing dept is a disaster. misbilled my insurance, been working for MONTHS to fix and STILL wrong and getting past due threats for hundreds of dollars. Maybe time for attorney

Bad experience with the manager, very poor customer service skills showed Oh well ...
Over an hour waiting and have not been seen. No point in asking someone to come in early if your not going to keep a scheduled appointment. At least inform the patient that there is a delay and why.
