We had a wonderful service with Sheela and Sinthu! We found all our glasses and everything was perfect.
Had a great experience at Eye Sense in Ajax. The staff (Sinthu, Sheila and Sheila) were friendly, patient, and very professional from start to finish. The eye doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered without feeling rushed. The clinic is modern, clean, and well organized. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable visit. Highly recommend Eye Sense if you’re looking for quality eye care.
The front desk customer service was extremely disappointing. Clear communication, courtesy, and professionalism were lacking. I hope management addresses this soon. This rating is only for the front desk as I chose to cancel due to this experience before my appointment.
