The doctor is absolutely fantastic🥰
Shirley the manager and another lady I often see at the front desk are super nice. I asked them to do small fixes to my glasses that were purchased from a different optometrist store and they were always very kind to help me. They are very friendly, approachable and easy to ask questions. I will go to them to get the next glasses as I feel comfortable asking as many questions as I need and taking my time picking the right frame. I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist who answered my call, but she was one of the kindest people I’ve spoken to in a long time. I was worried about my child’s eyes, and both she, and Dr. Elmais made time to see us right away. Dr. Elmais was incredibly calm, kind, and made the entire visit easy and comfortable for our child. I highly recommend this clinic!
Called with an emergency, toddler poked me in the eye with a sharp object in the morning and they could only offer an afternoon appointment. Severe sight blurry vision, red, swollen eyeball. The incompetence for not allowing a time slot for an emergency instead of a normal appointment or at least keeping a spot open just for an emergency is ridiculous! The health care system here is pathetic!!!
