Front staff were very rude to my kids. First time coming in, my kids and I got eye exams, doctor doing the exams was fantastic but after exams my kids and I were looking at frames and staff kept telling my kids to stay away from those, don’t touch. Second visit my wife came in to look at frames and my 5 year old was holding the front door open for people coming in and out and front staff told him not to keep it open and to close it because they don’t want bugs in. I have an appointment with them but since my husband is picking up his glasses the day before my appointment, i decided to come in with them. I don't like the service at all, the lady was rude to my kids just for holding the front door open and complaining about the bugs. I decided to canceled my appointment just because of the service that we experienced.
The doctor is absolutely fantastic🥰
Shirley the manager and another lady I often see at the front desk are super nice. I asked them to do small fixes to my glasses that were purchased from a different optometrist store and they were always very kind to help me. They are very friendly, approachable and easy to ask questions. I will go to them to get the next glasses as I feel comfortable asking as many questions as I need and taking my time picking the right frame.
