Since moving to Miami in 2019, I have encountered various doctor's offices and healthcare systems. This place, personally, is ranked as one of the worst. First off, the front desk personnel is awful - when I say awful, I mean she will roll her eyes in front of your face, be extremely annoyed at you for asking reasonable questions, etc. This is a pediatric practice; these parents are here because they are concerned for their children.
