We took our 7 year old here when his school identified delays in reading and some classroom behaviours. It was such a helpful assessment to get an idea of what was happening. Rene was so kind and patient with him, he has never done an assessment like this and some parts took an hour or more which was challenging for him. Shaun provided us with a comprehensive summary of the findings, showed genuine interest in all possible factors that could be contributing to concerns. A great range of services and products, with knowledgeable and helpful staff
Really lovely optometrist but had a few issues with the overall process. We booked with a male provider specifically because my son has experienced trauma and i prepared him for the appointment specifically letting him know a man would be seeing him. When we arrived, we were met with a woman who said Shaun was off that day. If we had benefit given notice, I could have at least prepared him. We went ahead with the appointment as I had to take a day off work and he had to miss half a day of school but this was far from ideal. ... read more
