8 months ago my daughter (10 months at the time) absolutely needed glasses because her eyes were so bad according to the doctor. Just this past week she decided to tell us she no longer needed glasses because they were fine. She jumped the gun and could have possible damaged my child’s eyes because it was way to soon to tell. Very upset I spent over $200 on glasses that my child didnt even need that could have potentially damaged her eyes for her wrong diagnosis. CT’s were never read, run around of treatment plan/diagnosis, long wait times, claimed they’d call with results and never did, lacked quality of care, period. However, very prompt in the billing department.
I LOVE the doctor there! She is really nice, and very professional. My son is special needs, so it is very hard to find a doctor who will work well with him, but she is awesome with him, and i would trust no one else with his care
