I just called to book an appointment and was shocked by how rude the staff member was on the phone. ( 10.19 am, 23june, mon). She clearly didn’t want to talk, gave short and dismissive answers, and had no interest in explaining anything properly. If you don’t want to talk to people, then don’t work in a job that requires communication. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. If this is how they treat clients, i don’t recommend this place to anyone.
The staff members are very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The store is very bright and neat. Frames also have many options and pretty. Highly recommended!
